It had good location, near to the Outlet Mall, cheap restaurants, and the famous Niagara Falls. The staff was especially helpful and very friendly, and requests were handled quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed the room for three queen bed.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Local fast food option Dunkin' was 10 minutes walk away.

Enjoyed my great stay for the price. This was a marvellous location just next door to a plaza that had all the convenience and shopping Mall. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Four Seasons Cinema.

Everything was very good with well laid out and updated rooms. My room included central heating, TV, and a microwave oven. Unbeatable location of the hotel by the falls. Plus, it was really close to shopping district and restaurants and good restaurants and target and dollar tree and the trolley.

I got great value for my money at Swiss Cottage Inn. The room was cozy and the location was convenient, with a shuttle bus to the falls right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety and options.

Everything was simply fine. Overall it was a pleasant stay for a night. We had a double bedroom. It overlooked swimming pool and had a comfortable bed. The staff were AMIABLE and helpful and the location was magnificent near a big shopping centre.

i appreciated the room, it was clean and complete with a bath and the 2 double bedroom, for instance. everywhere there was clean. the staff were pleasant, recommended me a cab.

Had a good stay here. The room was updated: comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom. The staff was affable and amicable, offered great services. The location was particularly good, away from the waterfalls, it's a plus. One could dine at restaurants such as Denny's 10 minutes away.
